We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Receptionist for our Tampa office. 

This full-time role involves serving as the welcoming face of our company while supporting various human resources and credentialing functions. If you're professional, personable, and fluent in both English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all Tampa visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Direct guests and inquiries to the appropriate department with professionalism.
• Respond to HR inquiries, including payroll, PTO requests, and new hire documentation.
• Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
• Stay informed about company services and policies to educate Tampa clients as needed.
• Provide front-line customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment coordination, training logistics, and document processing.
• Respond to employee queries regarding company rules, benefits, and HR procedures.
