Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Nashville Tennessee
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem
Base Pay: $35.38/hr
Shift Differential: Additional 10% for evening and night shifts
Status: Rates Recently Increased!

Key Responsibilities:

• Record resident health details, including vitals and temperatures
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Treat and dress wounds or bedsores
• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as dressing and hygiene
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
• Monitor and document residents’ food and fluid intake/output
• Ensure accurate charting and follow care plans diligently

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee LPN License
• Must be in good standing with the Tennessee Registry
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent observation, communication, and critical thinking skills
